No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for any booked sessions, regardless of the reason for cancellation or absence.
Refund for Canceled Sessions by Talk A Second: If our wellness experts fail to attend the session or if any session is canceled due to technical reasons or any other reason on behalf of Talk A Second, a full refund will be provided within 7 days. Alternatively, we are prepared to reschedule the session without any charges.
Cancellations Before 24 Hours: If you wish to cancel your session, you must inform us by calling our contact number (available on our website) at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to qualify for a rescheduling opportunity. Cancellations Within 24 Hours: If you cancel your session within 24 hours of the scheduled time, you will not be eligible for rescheduling or a refund.

Rescheduling Process: Rescheduled appointments will be provided based on the availability of our wellness experts and at the discretion of Talk A Second.
Expert Selection: Clients cannot choose a preferred expert for their rescheduled appointment if they canceled their initial session.
Time Limit for Rescheduling: The rescheduled session must take place within 7 days of the originally booked appointment date.
No Additional Charges: Rescheduling is provided free of charge under the above conditions.
If a client fails to attend their session without prior notice, they will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
